The Company Behind 100+ Restaurant Kitchens Across the UAE
Cleresdyne (Cleres Dyne General Trading LLC) is a Dubai-based commercial kitchen contractor that designs, builds, equips, and maintains kitchens for restaurants and hospitality businesses across the UAE. Founded in 2015 and operating from headquarters in Dubai with a warehouse and production facility in Sharjah and a branch office in Abu Dhabi, Cleresdyne has delivered over 100 kitchen projects for brands including Nando's, Sushi Art, Rosa's Thai, Myata Platinum, Sobremesa, John Dory Seafood Restaurant, and Alien Burger.
How did Cleresdyne start?
Cleresdyne was founded in June 2015 as a general trading company in Dubai. For the first eighteen months, the company operated as a single-person entity, selling commercial kitchen equipment, operating supplies, and spare parts to customers in Oman. It was a lean start — one person, a phone, and a conviction that there was a better way to serve the people who feed people.
Towards the end of 2016, Cleresdyne hired its first employee and began serving the Dubai market directly. What started as fulfilling single-equipment orders and small supply requests grew steadily into something bigger. Clients began asking not just for equipment, but for help designing layouts, fabricating custom stainless steel pieces, sourcing entire kitchen lines, and managing installations from start to finish.
Cleresdyne followed the work. One project led to the next, and each one expanded the company's capabilities. Over the following years, the company moved from supplying individual items to handling complete kitchen projects of all sizes — from compact café kitchens to full-scale multi-unit restaurant rollouts.
Where is Cleresdyne today?
Today, Cleresdyne employs more than 20 people and has completed over 100 restaurant and hospitality projects across the UAE. The company operates from three locations:
Dubai (Head Office): The commercial and project management hub, where client relationships are managed and kitchen designs take shape.
Sharjah (Warehouse & Production Facility): Where custom stainless steel fabrication, equipment storage, and logistics operations are based.
Abu Dhabi (Branch Office): Supporting clients and projects across the capital and the wider western region of the UAE.
The portfolio spans casual dining chains, premium restaurants, cloud kitchens, and quick-service concepts. Notable projects include multi-unit kitchen standardization for Nando's UAE, and turnkey kitchen installations for Rosa's Thai at Dubai Hills Mall, Myata Platinum at Citywalk, Sobremesa at Souk Al Bahar, John Dory Seafood Restaurant at Market Island, and Sushi Art at JBR.
Cleresdyne was recognised by Alto Shaam for exemplary sales performance in 2024, and the Myata Platinum project received a design award nomination — both reflecting the company's commitment to quality equipment and execution.
What does the name Cleresdyne mean?
The name is intentional. Cleres comes from "clear" — a commitment to transparency in every interaction. Dyne comes from "dynamic" — a belief in continuous motion and forward momentum.
Together, they describe how the company operates: with open communication channels and a refusal to stand still. Clients, suppliers, and partners can always reach the Cleresdyne team — even in the middle of complex projects, even when things don't go to plan. That accessibility is not a policy; it's a principle.
What does Cleresdyne believe in?
Cleresdyne is built on two convictions.
The first is transparency. In an industry where project risks, supply chain delays, and site complications are routine, the instinct to go quiet is strong. Cleresdyne does the opposite. The company keeps communication lines open at all times — sharing progress, flagging challenges early, and working through problems alongside clients rather than behind closed doors.
The second is quality beyond function. A commercial kitchen must work efficiently, comply with regulations, and withstand years of daily use. But Cleresdyne believes the equipment and environments it builds should enhance the lives of the people who use them — not just meet a functional threshold. That means better finishes, smarter ergonomics, and materials that hold up with dignity over time.
