We hire kitchen equipment technicians at every level of experience — from two years in the trade to fifteen or more. There is no single profile. A technician with two years on refrigeration who wants to broaden into cooking equipment is as useful to us as someone who has been diagnosing combi ovens for a decade. We would rather take on the right person at whatever stage they are at than hold out for an exact match.
Servicing kitchens under maintenance contract across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Planned preventive visits — catching worn belts, failing thermostats, clogged filters, refrigerant leaks and calibration drift before they take a kitchen down — along with reactive breakdown repairs and emergency callouts on rotation. Every visit ends with a service report.
Cooking equipment, refrigeration and cold storage, food preparation, warewashing, ventilation and extract, serving and display. We service all brands, not only what we supplied — Rational, Electrolux Professional, Alto-Shaam, Unox, Middleby, Halton, Hobart, Winterhalter and others. Knowing two or three of them well and being willing to learn the rest is the right starting point.
Diagnosing a fault in a working kitchen, often mid-service, with a chef waiting on the answer. That means being able to work unsupervised, explain plainly what went wrong and what it needs, and write the visit up afterwards. Kitchens do not break down at convenient hours, so callout rotation is part of the role.
Company accommodation and daily meals are provided — you are not paying for either out of your salary. Beyond that, employment is on a full UAE contract carrying everything the Labour Law requires: residence visa and work permit sponsored by us, medical insurance, paid annual leave, sick leave, public holidays, end-of-service gratuity, and salary paid through the Wage Protection System.
Pay is set against your experience and discussed directly. We do not publish a band, because the range across two years and fifteen years is too wide for a number on a page to mean anything.
