What is a commercial kitchen fit-out?

A kitchen fit-out is the complete process of turning an empty shell or existing space into a fully operational commercial kitchen. It covers layout design, mechanical and electrical planning, equipment selection and procurement, custom stainless steel fabrication, installation, utility connections, and final commissioning. everything except the civil works.

Full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings with load schedules, drainage layouts, gas connections, and ventilation requirements. coordinated with your main contractor and MEP consultant.

Equipment Sourcing

Specification and procurement of commercial kitchen equipment from leading manufacturers. We select equipment based on your menu, volume, and budget, not based on dealer margins.

Custom SS Fabrication

In-house production of countertops, shelving, exhaust hoods, sinks, pass-throughs, and bespoke elements in SS 304 grade. all fabricated at our Sharjah production facility.

Installation & Commissioning

Our own installation team handles delivery, positioning, utility connections, testing, and commissioning. No subcontracting. the same people who designed it are the people who build it.

Before any fabrication or installation begins, Cleresdyne produces a complete set of kitchen drawings: equipment layout, electrical point locations with load schedules, and plumbing and drainage plans. These drawings are coordinated with your MEP consultant and main contractor.
