Custom stainless steel fabricators in Dubai, designed to be seen

Cleresdyne is a stainless steel fabricator working across Dubai and the UAE. We don't just bend metal to spec — we research, design, and engineer every piece before it goes into production, so the end result works precisely, lasts indefinitely, and looks like it belongs in front of the customer, not hidden behind a wall.

Design first, fabricate second

Most stainless steel fabrication starts with a drawing and ends with a welder. At Cleresdyne, it starts with a conversation about what the piece actually needs to do — how it fits into the workflow, what temperatures it needs to withstand, what hygiene standards it has to meet, and how it will look in the space.

We work out every dimension, every joint, every drainage slope, and every finish detail before anything goes into production. This upfront investment in design is what lets us take on work most fabricators turn down — pieces with strict environmental requirements, complex geometries, and finishes that have to hold up under daily commercial use.

The result is stainless steel work that doesn't just function. It performs. And it looks good doing it.

What We Fabricate

From kitchen counters to climate-controlled displays

Standard kitchen fabrication is part of our daily work. But where Cleresdyne goes further is in specialised products that require deep technical research and precise environmental control — the pieces most fabricators would rather not quote.

Choosing a Fabricator

What to check before you appoint a fabricator

Most of this is invisible until it's installed, and by then it's expensive to revisit. These are the six questions worth putting to any stainless steel fabricator in Dubai — including us.

Ask what grade, then ask to see the material certificate

SS 304 is the baseline for commercial kitchen work — corrosion-resistant, food-safe, durable under daily use. SS 316 where there's salt or a high-chloride cleaning regime. SS 201 turns up in cheaper market work and doesn't survive commercial kitchen conditions; DM Food Code 2.0 calls it out by name. A fabricator who can't produce the certificate on request is a fabricator who doesn't know what arrived.

Ask whether they buy sheet or coil, and which origin

We work in Taiwan-origin 304 sheet, for composition consistency across heats. Coil bought direct from origin cuts waste and unit cost, but it needs a levelling line, coil storage and steady volume in every gauge — worth knowing, because it tells you whether a low quote reflects real coil economics or a drop in grade.

Ask who owns the specification once the drawing is signed

Fabrication drawings get interpreted. Dimensions get rounded, joints get simplified, drainage slopes get flattened, and the piece still technically matches the drawing. We work out every dimension, joint, slope and finish detail before anything is cut, and that same specification travels through production and QA to site.

Ask what the lead time actually covers

A lead time is only comparable once you know what it's counting. Ours is production time, and the clock starts when the design is confirmed — it doesn't absorb the drawing, revision and approval period that runs before it. Some quotes fold that in and some don't, which is how two apparently similar lead times end up weeks apart on site. Ask where the clock starts before you compare them.

Ask who installs it, and who comes back if something's wrong

Our own team of technicians, welders, fabricators and finishers installs what we fabricate, across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. One contract, one point of responsibility — which matters most on the day a counter doesn't meet a wall the way the drawing said it would.

Ask whether the finish suits the site, not just the render

Mirror shows every imperfection and every fingerprint. Vibration hides both. Brushed is the kitchen default for a reason. See our reference on stainless steel finishes for what each one is, where it belongs, and the fabrication constraint that catches out most specifications.

Built for the dining room, not just the kitchen

A stainless steel counter in the back of a kitchen has one job: don't break. A stainless steel bar counter in front of your guests has a hundred jobs — it has to be seamless, it has to catch the light correctly, it has to feel right under a hand, and it can't show a single weld mark.

At Sobremesa in Souk Al Bahar, Cleresdyne fabricated mirror finish stainless steel wall claddings, black PVD coated stainless steel for the kitchen wall and bar counter, and black PVD coated vibration finish shelving for the alcohol dispensing area. Every surface was designed to be photographed, touched, and scrutinised — because that's exactly what happens in a premium restaurant.

At Myata Platinum in Citywalk, the scope included an 8-metre elevator wall panel in vibration finish and a custom bar counter that became the centrepiece of the venue.

Finishes

Every finish, from brushed to black PVD

The finish isn't an afterthought — it's a design decision. Cleresdyne works across the full range of stainless steel surface treatments, each suited to different environments and aesthetic requirements. For the detail on what each one is, where it belongs, and the fabrication constraint that catches out most specifications, see our reference on stainless steel finishes.

Brushed / Scotch-Brite

The industry standard for commercial kitchens. Hides scratches, easy to clean, and holds up under heavy daily use.

Most Common

Vibration Finish

A non-directional circular pattern that conceals fingerprints and surface marks. Ideal for high-visibility front-of-house surfaces.

Mirror Finish

Highly reflective polished surface. Creates depth and light in interiors. Requires precision handling — any imperfection is visible.

Black PVD Coating

Physical Vapour Deposition applied to stainless steel for a deep, durable black finish. Scratch-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Used for bar counters, wall cladding, and shelving.

Premium

Gold / Rose Gold PVD

PVD coating in warm metallic tones. Durable and fingerprint-resistant. Suited to luxury hospitality and high-end restaurant interiors.

Premium

Powder Coating

Electrostatically applied colour coating baked onto the surface, in any RAL colour. We use it sparingly and in one place in particular: display counter exteriors, where a specific brand colour has to carry across the front of house.

Occasional
Materials

SS 304 and SS 316 grade stainless steel

SS 304 is the standard for commercial kitchen environments — corrosion-resistant, food-safe, and durable under daily commercial use. For applications requiring higher corrosion resistance, such as coastal environments or exposure to salt and acidic substances, we fabricate in SS 316 grade.

Common Questions

Common questions

What grade of stainless steel does Cleresdyne use?

SS 304 is the default for commercial kitchen environments — corrosion-resistant, food-safe, and durable under daily commercial use. For coastal sites or installations exposed to salt and acidic substances, we fabricate in SS 316. We do not use SS 201, which is sometimes substituted in cheaper market work but doesn't hold up to commercial kitchen conditions over time.

How does Cleresdyne approach custom or bespoke stainless steel work?

Most fabrication work is custom — counters, hoods, climate-controlled displays, cheese rooms, dry agers, and pieces that don't exist in catalogues. We start from the menu and operation, fabricate to the actual space (not a generic spec), and finish to the visual register the dining room needs. Standard kit only goes in when standard kit is the right answer.

How does Cleresdyne control quality on custom stainless steel fabrication?

We hold the specification end to end. Every dimension, joint, drainage slope and finish detail is worked out before anything is cut; the material grade is specified and verified against certificate; and the piece is checked against that specification before it goes to site. Our own team installs it. If something isn't right, there's one number to call.

How do I choose a stainless steel fabricator in Dubai?

Ask six things. What grade, and can they produce the material certificate. Whether they buy sheet or coil, and which origin. Who owns the specification once the drawing is signed. What the quoted lead time actually covers, and where the clock starts. Who installs it, and who comes back if something is wrong. And whether the finish suits the site rather than the render. We've set out what each of those tells you above.

Do you fabricate for other contractors, or only for your own fit-out clients?

Both. We take metalwork packages on other contractors' fit-outs — working to your drawings and programme as a fabrication subcontractor, or picking the package up at design stage if it hasn't been worked out yet. Same grades, same specification discipline, and the same installation team as on our own projects.

Do you deliver stainless steel fabrication across the UAE, or only Dubai?

Both. We deliver and install across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE — as standalone metalwork or as part of a full kitchen fit-out.
