What We Do

Commercial kitchen services from concept to maintenance

Cleresdyne covers the full lifecycle of a commercial kitchen. Design it, build it, equip it, maintain it.

A commercial kitchen is more than a list of equipment in a room. It's a workflow that has to support a menu, a service style, and the operating reality of a restaurant or hospitality venue. Most operators don't want six different specialists to coordinate it.

Cleresdyne is structured to handle the lifecycle in-house — design and fit-out for new kitchens, equipment supply for any operation, custom stainless steel fabrication, renovation of existing kitchens, AMC for ongoing reliability, and temperature monitoring for cold chain integrity. Each service stands on its own. Together they are a single accountable provider from layout to long-term service.

Common Questions

Common questions

What's the difference between a kitchen contractor and an equipment supplier?

An equipment supplier ships individual items — Cleresdyne can do that, but a contractor takes responsibility for the whole kitchen working as a system: layout, MEP coordination, equipment specification and installation, custom fabrication, ventilation, drainage, and final commissioning. The contractor is accountable when service starts, not just when the boxes arrive.

Can Cleresdyne handle just one part of the kitchen — say only equipment, or only fabrication?

Yes. Many projects use the full lifecycle (design through maintenance), but operators frequently engage Cleresdyne for a single scope — equipment supply for an existing kitchen, custom stainless steel for a renovation managed elsewhere, or AMC for a kitchen we didn't build. We quote what's actually needed.

How does Cleresdyne work with operators who already have a kitchen consultant or designer?

We coordinate. A meaningful share of our equipment supply, fabrication, and AMC work comes through consultants and designers who don't carry their own delivery teams. Drawings provided by other consultants are honoured (and reviewed for buildability) and we focus on the build, fabrication, or service scope assigned to us.
